4. first aid measures

Inhalation

Move into fresh air.  Seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

 

Ingestion

Rinse mouth, drink plenty of water.  Do not induce vomiting. If conscious give 500 ml water immediately. If symptoms persist seek medical attention.

 

Skin Contact

Remove contaminated clothing. Wash infected area for 15 minutes.

 

Eye Contact

Open the eye as wide as possible and rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. If symptoms persist seek medical attention.

Extinguish fire with dry chemical, carbon dioxide or water mist extinguishers.  Avoid inhalation of fumes.

6. accidental release measures
Collect spillage with sand or other absorbent material and dispose of in accordance with local regulations.  It is recommended to wear personal protection as mentioned in exposure control.  Do not discharge undiluted product into drains.

Handling

Storage

Keep frost free and out of reach of children.  Do not store together with food, beverage, animal fodder or medicine.
This product will dissolve paint and some soft plastics it may therefore damage any surfaces containing such substances.

Respiratory Protection

Ensure adequate ventilation.  Avoid inhalation. Respiratory protection is not required for normal use.

Hand Protection

Wear suitable protective gloves

 

Body Protection

Normal work-wear.

 

Eye Protection

Safety goggles should be worn.

 

TWA (8 hour exposure limit)
