Do not apply near cultivated plants or trees, or on slopes where run-off to cultivated plants may occur. A fire depressant has been added to the sodium chlorate in this product to reduce the fire risk to acceptable limits for all sites except those with exceptionally high fire risks, for example, oil installations, timber yards, etc.

Apply at any time during the growing season. Best results will be obtained from an application in spring or early summer. Do not apply before heavy rain.
